Three day Course. You're warmly welcomed to join us under the trees to discover the joy of working with wood. You can learn new skills working with traditional tools and techniques. Open to beginners and experienced crafters. On this three day course you will learn to make your own Side Chair. The science of Chairmaking and what makes a chair comfortable will be explained and applied throughout the build. When broken down to the individual parts, Chairmaking is less complicated than you might think. You will learn to shape and fit each part to make a chair that will stand out in any home. Using a minimal number of basic readily available tools, you will soon get the chair bug.
